Elias Benda
Legal Fellow
Elias Benda is a third-year student at UCLA School of Law, where he works as a legal fellow with the UCLA Voting Rights Project while pursuing a specialization in Critical Race Studies, and serves as Co-Chair of the UCLA Tenants’ Rights Project. Prior to UCLA, Elias served in a number of policy roles with the Council of the District of Columbia, most recently as Senior Legislative Advisor to the Committee on Human Services, and worked on a number of local, state, and national political and electoral campaigns. Elias graduated from Wesleyan University where he majored in Government with a concentration in International Politics, and is always looking for a good game of pick-up basketball!
