Nataly Rocha
NATALY ROCHA (she/her/hers) is a Graduate Student Researcher at the Latino Politics and Policy Institute, where she supports the launch of the Latino Data Hub. As an LPPI Fellow, Nataly is interested in how data access can help advance social justice issues and empower BIPOC communities. She is currently a second year Master in Social Welfare student at UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs.
Nataly has over a decade of experience in K-12 education, including over seven years experience as a classroom teacher and two years as staff member for the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education. During her time working in schools, she helped advocate for more equitable education and data disaggregation policies within the second-largest school district in the country. Nataly received her Master of Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University and Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare and Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley.”
