Nicole Spradlin
NICOLE SPRADLIN (She/her/hers) is a senior double majoring in Sociology and Education & Social Transformation with a minor in Public Affairs. As an incoming Policy Fellow within the LLPI Research Department, she is passionate about education equity and social justice.
As an undergraduate at UCLA, she is the Co-Executive director of Latinas Guiding Latinas for the second consecutive year. She recently finished a year-long internship with United Ways of California, a nonprofit organization focusing on Education, Finance, and Health, where she worked with the policy team. She is also a 2023 Public Policy and International Affairs Program (PPIA) fellow, where she completed the Junior Summer Institute (JSI) Program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
Nicole identifies as a first-generation college student and is an only child raised by a single mother.
