Legal Fellow
Sam Hall (he/him/his) is a third-year law student in the David J. Epstein Program in Public Interest Law and Policy at the UCLA School of Law. Formerly a summer fellow in 2024, Sam is passionate about voting rights and ensuring access to democracy for all people.
While at the UCLA VRP, Sam has helped pursue litigation in both the American South and West, and his current work includes legal research and writing, trial preparation, and impact litigation.
Sam grew up in a small town in Maine. He graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies and a M.S. from the Kellogg School of Management. Formerly Sam worked as a non-profit consultant and political campaign organizer.
