Howard County has a sizable and growing Korean community that is not being provided proper resources that will allow them to best exercise their vote.

Overview:

Howard County has an increasing Korean population that needs better language access materials provided to them. Although they do not meet the Voting Right Act threshold, the Korean community is still among the largest in the nation. Therefore, Howard County should provide all election related material in both English and Korean.
