Middlesex County has a sizable and growing Chinese community that is not being provided proper resources that will allow them to best exercise their vote.

Overview:

Middlesex County has a large Chinese population. To best serve this population, Middlesex County should provide bilingual elections. This way the county is able to provide the best voting practices for the Chinese community, even though it does not meet the Voting Rights Act benchmark.
