Election Material Language Access for the APPI Population in Montgomery County

The Chinese population in Montgomery County should be providing better language access resources and bilingual elections to accommodate to their residents.

Overview:

The county of Montgomery has an ample Chinese population. Although this population does not meet the Voting Rights Act benchmark, it is still among the largest in the nation. Therefore, Montgomery County should be providing all election material in both English and Chinese to better accommodate its residents.
